RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Singularity Nutrition

1. Returns (Voluntary 30-Day Policy)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and sealed

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Due to health and safety regulations, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Food supplements that have been opened or unsealed

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Food supplements are considered sealed goods for health and hygiene reasons and are not suitable for return once unsealed.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different product, please return the eligible item (if unopened and sealed) and place a new order separately.


5. European Union Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

Important exception:
In accordance with Article 103(e) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Law (RDL 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

 

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including food supplements.

 

Therefore:

  • Unopened and sealed supplements may be returned within 14 days

  • Opened or unsealed supplements are not eligible for withdrawal


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing occurs within 10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
