Shipping policy

1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Spain (mainland and, where available, islands)

  • Selected European Union countries

If your destination is not available at checkout, shipping to that location is not currently supported.

2. Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be extended.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method and are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

5. Customs, duties, and taxes

For shipments outside Spain, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Risk of loss and delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, the customer must notify us promptly so we can assist with an investigation.

7. Failed or delayed deliveries

If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, you may contact us at info@singularitynutrition.com.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, if delivery cannot be completed, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

8. Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
